Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rjbett website, registering a new account, making a deposit or using any of the services offered, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the rjbett platform.

Identity Verification

rjbett reserves the right at any time to request that users submit identity verification documents, proof of residence or other related documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Account Holder Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their account login information, including username and password. If multiple accounts are detected, rjbett reserves the right to close all related accounts, forfeit all bonuses, promotions and winnings obtained, and withhold any remaining balance pending further investigation.

Password Security

Users are encouraged to use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Change your password regularly and avoid using the same password across multiple online platforms. rjbett will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Accepted Payment Methods

rjbett accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

The minimum deposit for each method is RM30, while the minimum withdrawal is RM50. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency, which is converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

Withdrawal Processing Time

rjbett aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Verification Requirements for Withdrawals

Welcome Bonus — Detailed Terms

rjbett offers a 100% Welcome Bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you make a first deposit of RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your total balance to RM200. To meet the wagering requirement, you need to wager RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.

Second example: a deposit of RM800 will yield a bonus of RM300 (maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM1,100. The wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500. Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings earned from the bonus balance can be withdrawn through the normal process.

General Bonus Terms

• Each player is eligible to receive the Welcome Bonus once only for the entire duration of their membership
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash
• rjbett reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure
• The bonus amount does not count towards the wagering requirement until the wagering requirement has been fully met

VIP Loyalty Programme

rjbett members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — from up to 0.2% for Bronze up to 1.2% for Diamond members. Tier advancement is based on your overall betting activity level. rjbett's Limitation of Liability

rjbett is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or data damage. rjbett's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
